Form a strategic business relationship with the National Map Centre in the provision of quality Ordnance Survey map extracts for planning applications

With on-line web access to the Ordnance Survey servers with Great Britain coverage you will be able to supply the most up-to-date mapping available for any location.

The site is password protected and enables you to track all mapping produced by you by user name and date on a daily basis.

All you need to use the website is Java and Adobe Acrobat Reader, both of which can be downloaded for free if you do not already have them installed.

There is no cost to you to access the site or view the mapping. All you pay for is the mapping that you download. We will invoice you at the end of each month for the mapping you have produced, and supply you with a breakdown of how the invoice is made up. You will no longer need to fill in a return.

The website can be accessed from any PC or Mac at any of your locations that has a broadband connection to the internet.

The system is robust and simple to use. The National Map Centre already has experience of working with over 700 online users.

The system is maintained by Ordnance Survey.

Maps can be produced in a matter of moments.

We will supply free training for your staff at our premises and supply free on-going support through our dedicated helpline. This helpline can be contacted by phone or email, and one-to-one assisstance is provided.

You can set your own selling price and generate your own revenue

Spoilt maps can be returned for credit.

Become Our Affiliate

Provide an online service

www.planningmaps.co.uk is our e-commerce website that is designed to provide mapping for planning applications. The site fulfils over 400 orders per month to the general public. We are able to track the origin of each order and our affiliates receive a finder’s fee for every order placed on the site.

This site has purposely been built so that members of the public of all ages and abilities can easily use it. Should you decide to become one of our partners, then we would suggest you also consider linking the relevant planning page on your web site to planningmaps.

If you choose to become an affiliate all you need to do is let us know when you have added a link to http://www.planningmaps.co.uk/referer.cfm from the relevant page on your website using our link graphic (on the right).

Refer your customers to one of our 40 locations that can provide a fulfillment service

With over 40 Business Partners in Great Britain we have the largest network of any Mapping and Data Centre.

If you decide not to continue supplying mapping yourselves or wish to provide an alternative supplier, we would be happy to provide the mapping on your behalf.

We would provide you with a contact at your nearest Centre and provide leaflets/order forms for you to give out to the general public.
